I have the EZ board and everything is hooked up but nothing is happening – using Mach3, can’t get any response from the motors. Checked everyone over and over. However, on the board, where the limit and home wires connect, there is a six-wire block. I have a 3-axis, so 5 wires for me. The numbers on the board don’t seem to coincide with the wire, so I’m wondering which one to follow. For example, it looks like 15 is on the end, but on the diagram the ground is on the end. Should the ground always be on the end?
We checked again, and we are getting power to the board, but it seems like nothing to the motor drivers. We did have an early mishap crossing pos and neg on the power connection. There was popping and smoking, but nothing looked burnt, and we still got power readings after that. Is it possible that the driver connections all got burned? Probably need to try another board?
