With the overall sacrificial board being 24 X 36, the cutting area is obviously going to be smaller. After reading through the build document (Rev 02) several times, I cannot find what the actual cutting dimensions are. I have some specific sized items that I will need to have routed, so, I need to know if I need to upscale the design or not.

Will post pictures as the build progresses and any design changes that I might make.

Brian – thanks for a great design!

    Vic,
Sorry for the delay in answering.
    For the Y axis 16.5″: 24″ width – width of Z carriage – a little bit for the limit switches (24 – 7.5).
For the X axis 27.5″: 36″ length – width of X axis carriage – a little bit for the limit switches.
    Regards, BrianV
