Ordering Information
ALL PRICES LISTED ARE IN US Dollars (USD) AND DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING or HANDLING. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR ALL CUSTOMERS IS CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT.
Payments by PayPal or Stripe (credit cards) only.
COD or Personal checks are not accepted.
Domestic (USA) Shipments
Orders shipping to California are subject to 8% sales tax.
State sales tax is the responsibility of the buyer.
International Shipments
Any taxes, duties, tariffs, and other charges with export/import are the buyers responsibility. Bank wire transfers are not possible.
Return Policy
New and unused product
HobbyCNC products may be returned within 14 days of shipment for full credit, minus shipping. Return shipping paid by the customer. Email to [email protected] prior to returning product.
Used product
Used products (e.g. soldering started) or incomplete kits can not be returned.
Wrong board
If you've accidentally ordered the wrong board (it happens), you may return it before you solder it for a no-charge exchange. Return shipping of the "wrong" product paid by the customer. The replacement will be shipped once the "wrong" product is received. Email to [email protected] prior to returning product.
Damage during install
Drop an email to: [email protected]. We'll see if we can work something out on an issue-by-issue basis.
Close-out or discontinued items
No returns will be accepted.
Product Warranty
HobbyCNC products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty does not cover damage caused during assembly or from improper wiring.
All warranty returns require an RMA prior to shipping. Contact [email protected] with details.
The 'bad' product must be returned at customer expense for evaluation and investigation.
Shipping
General note regarding delivery times. Delivery times as proposed by the shipper are often optimistic; please allow an extra 5-10 working days for your shipment to arrive.
Product will usually ship within 1-3 business days of receipt. No shipping on Sunday or US Federal Holidays.
Products ship via the US Postal Service (USPS). Shipping prices are provided at checkout, shipping method selected at checkout.
VATs, taxes, tariffs, duties, and any other charges not outlined herein are the customers responsibility.
HobbyCNC is not responsible once shipped. We cannot track, expedite or otherwise affect shipping. All shipments are FOB from our USA Post Office. Once an order is shipped it then becomes the purchaser property.
First Class Package (13 oz. or less) Domestic US only.
Some items less than 13 oz. may not fit First Class dimension limitations. You will be notified via email of extra shipping charges.
Domestic US estimated delivery time 3-5 business days. Tracking number is provided for all domestic shipments
USPS Flat-Rate Priority shipment
Domestic US estimated delivery time 1-3 business days. Tracking number provided.
International estimated delivery time 6-10 business days. Tracking number provided.
International Shipping
We do not ship to all countries.
International shipments are via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail or via a freight consolidator/forwarder. Tracking numbers are provided.
International shipments are FOB from our USA Post Office. Once an order is shipped it then becomes the purchaser property.

Returned Shipments
Packages returned for incomplete address or other issues with delivery:
- Order will be cancelled and payment refunded minus shipping,
- Notice will be sent via email of the issue.
- You will need to place a new order with the proper and complete ship-to information.
If the error is caused by HobbyCNC, we will resolve the issue.

All PayPal/Stripe shopping cart orders subject to confirmation for correct total before shipping. If incorrect entire amount will be refunded and a new order submitted at correct amount.
